When will my order be delivered ?We always endeavour to have your print with you within 7-10 working days after completion/sign off of artwork. If for any reason you need things quicker than this we are always happy to work to tighter deadlines to ensure you receive your products on time.

How will I know my goods have been dispatched ?As soon as we have dispatched your order, you will receive an email from us confirming the details of your delivery. Your dispatch confirmation will also contain details of when your product should be with you.

I want to send as a gift but don't want them to see the price. Is there an invoice in the package ?No. We do not include any invoice or any price in the packaging as most of our customers send direct to the recipient.

Can I provide you with a specific gift message ?Yes, during purchase on the basket page you can also place a message to be sent with the gift. This will be placed on a gift card, which arrives with the parcel for the recipient to see when delivered.

What if I no longer require the order or need an exchange ?Due to the nature of personalised goods, it is not possible to offer a refund on these item(s). If on the other hand it is damaged or a fault/error on our part, you can return them to us at any time within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund or exchange as soon as possible thereafter. (See also Shipping & Returns section)

Do you deliver outside of the UK and how long does it take to send to different countries ?We do deliver outside of the UK for our Personalised Nursery Prints, but due to breakages we do not offer this service on framed prints. These postage costs are calculated at cost. Please contact us for exact delivery prices before purchasing.
